All requests for accommodation refunds and cancellations must be made in writing. The amount of refund provided will be based on the date inlingua receives the written cancellation and refund request, as follows: ● 11 days or more before the scheduled start date: Full refund. ● 1-10 days before the scheduled start date: Full refund, minus a cancellation fee of $150. ● On or after the scheduled start date: No Refunds. Note: In the event that a student is asked to leave his or her accommodation by the host family or hotel, inlingua will not be responsible for finding or providing alternate accommodations.
